We were asked to come up with an Information Architecture for a site that was about Hiaku poetry. The site was a place to read the poetry, add and comment.

We first made ideas for sites on our own. Then we as a class broke up into groups of three to create a site as a team.

We decided on how it whould be set out and what we would include in the site that we thought was a good idea or essential to the site.

IA is the way in which a website is constructed and structured. They come in forms such as ‘All in One’, ‘Multi-Dimensional Hierarchy’ etc. A good article for this is Information Architecture 101.
